By using the jt9 website and mobile platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between jt9 and its members.

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. For large transactions, jt9 may request additional documents such as a bank statement or utility bill.

Please keep the following rules in mind when making a deposit on jt9:

• Payments through third parties are strictly prohibited. Any suspicious transactions received will be reversed.

The following conditions must be met before withdrawing winnings:

• KYC verification must be completed.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit (applicable to the first withdrawal).
• Winnings from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Regular members may make up to 3 withdrawals per day. A separate limit applies for VIP members.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Jt9 reserves the right to carry out additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts. Processing times:

Bonus abuse, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities will result in the bonus being forfeited and may lead to account closure.

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on jt9:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Both pre-match and in-play bets are accepted.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each bet. Limits may vary depending on the event.
• If a technical error affects a match result, jt9 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• Jt9 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to internet connectivity issues.
• If there is evidence of match-fixing or suspicious activity, the relevant bets will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jt9:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account for the same person.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.
• Hacking or System Manipulation: Attempting to breach the security of the platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses repeatedly using multiple accounts or false information.
• Third-Party Payments: Making payments through another person's account.
• Match Fixing: Participating in or facilitating any form of match fixing or sports manipulation.

Any breach of these rules will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. In serious cases, legal action may be taken.

Jt9 may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Providing false information during KYC verification
• Unusual or suspicious transaction activity
• Bonus Abuse or Fraud
• Self-Exclusion Request

Members may close their account at any time. Any valid balance remaining will be refunded once KYC verification is complete.
